Practically 60 p.c of the 27 villa and condotel tasks that entered the market within the second quarter with 3,251 items noticed no transactions.

In line with actual property service supplier DKRA Vietnam’s newest report on the villa-condotel market phase within the southern area, the fourth wave of Covid-19 has hit its restoration.

Solely around 60 beachfront villas at 10 tasks, largely in Ba Ria Vung Tau and Binh Thuan provinces, and 600 condotels had been offered.

DKRA stated 1,500-2,000 condotels would enter the market within the third quarter, largely in Da Nang Metropolis, Quang Nam Province, and Phu Quoc Island.

Within the second half, 1,000-1,500 beachfront villas would even be launched, primarily in Ba Ria Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, and Phu Quoc, together with 1,500-2,000 avenue homes and shophouses, it stated.

It anticipated the true property sector to stay severely affected by the pandemic, leading to excessive unsold inventories of villas and condotels and stated liquidity would get better solely after the pandemic is managed and vaccination is accelerated.
